Dear moms,
Another year behind us! Crazy how time flies. It feels like not too long ago was the start of 2018. Oh well, here we are, January 1st, 2019 quickly approaching.
Now, we could chat for hours about this past year and write a whole novel about it. Being a mom keeps us busy, and as our children grow, a lot happens. Teething, first steps, first words, first smile, and so many more of these precious moments that we cherish as moms. We can all agree that being a mom is such a priceless gift and the most we can do is to enjoy it and appreciate all these special milestones we get to witness and experience.
But let’s be real moms, being a mom is cute and fun and all but there is also a lot of stress and hard work involved, right? You have a whole new human being that depends on you. That’s right, YOU. That means you’ve got to have it together, or at least somewhat together (let’s be real). So, not only being there for your baby, but also demonstrating a strong and independent example for him or her as well as planning for the future.
Planning for the future… You might be telling yourself: sure yes… easier said than done! Because in your head that sounds really complicated, right? But in reality, planning for the future does not have to be so complicated. Let’s narrow it down to the simplest definition: being able to provide for your kid(s) as they grow up. Which translates into: having a solid job you can depend on that allows you to provide for your family. Ok, well that doesn’t sound too bad, or at least as scary.
Here’s the thing, it is not. It could start with going back to school and getting a solid degree to open new doors and opportunities. We often get in our heads way too much about these things. Like, “oh well I don’t have time to go back to school”, or “I can’t afford to go back to school”, or “I have no help, I can’t do it all alone”, or “I don’t know what to go back to school for”, etc. But in reality you can have the time, schools now offer flexible class schedules for students like moms, working moms, etc. Also, schools offer numerous scholarship and financial aid options that you may be eligible for. As for the help, ASK. Connect with mom groups through Facebook or other platforms, reach out to the school to see if they offer any help, reach out to friends and family. You don’t have to do it all alone. And lastly, when it comes to choosing a program, do your research and find a program that suits your lifestyle and your personality. You got this!
Even better, let us help. Here’s what we can do for you, moms. We can connect you to an education adviser. That adviser will help you navigate your journey of starting school. That’s right, he or she will answer any questions you may have and lead you in the right direction when it comes to your education. Sounds pretty good right? This doesn’t mean you HAVE to sign up right away. This just means you get to explore the idea of going back to school and building a better future for yourself and your family. Of course, this is free training information and could lead to THE best decision you will make in 2019. Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself!
Leaving you with this, you are a mom. You are strong, brave, hardworking, smart, beautiful, powerful, independent, and there is no such thing as CAN’T. You CAN do it all. You CAN go back to school. You CAN reach your goals. So, start now and prove those who doubt you wrong! Click here for more info!
